Beach handball club "2AREG" was founded in July 2013 in Backa Palanka. The idea for the name "2AREG" comes from the word TOUAREG which means sand warriors. On the eve of the tournament, which was held on the city beach in Backa Palanka in 2013, we formed a young team of guys who grew up with handball, and now want to transfer their love for this sport to the sand, so we think we have enough motivation and quality for further development. . At the tournament in Backa Palanka, we won a gold medal and proved that we have the potential for further progress and competitions, which we confirmed in Kikinda by winning a gold medal there as well. The goal of the club is to be ready for the 2014 season, when the State Championship of Serbia will be held in Serbia for the first time. Our ambitions are to win one of the medals at this championship, in order to secure participation on the international scene, and placement in the master tournament - which brings together the best European beach handball teams.
