Karin Cup 2022 is coming back stronger than ever, after two editions canceled due to Covid-19

After two years of absence due to the Covid-19 Pandemic and the consequent restrictions, the EBT Karin Cup Beach Handball tournament is ready to take to the Dutch sand again.

 
This year in a new city, venue and atmosphere because will be held in really nice venue of "The beach - indoor sport & event center" in Aalsmeer,  town in the Netherlands, in the province of North Hollandbordered by the Westeinderplassen lake, the largest open water of the Randstad, and the Ringvaart Canal. The town is located 13 km southwest of Amsterdam.

Expectation are high because there will be 4 groups in the men's category, 2 in the women's category, with the addition of the Under 16, Under 18 and Ultimate Beach Handball categories for 3 full days of sport at 360°, not only because spinshoots.

16 men teams, among which the most successful team in Europe of BHC Zagreb stands out with various elements of the Under 18 formation fresh winners of the world title in Heraklion, Greece.

To honor the kermesse also the national teams of Norway and France, which will give a guaranteed show to all spectators.

Without forgetting the Danish of HEI Beach Handball, various German teams with lot of experience or at first steps on the beach, the Italians of Gaeta Handball '84, the nation where beach handball born and the city where the first European championship was played in 2000, some new teams as GFCA from France and obviously the various dutch teams present as the organizer team of Hiekka Hauska that in the last edition lost the final against french guys of Team Tchatcheurs. 
 
 

11, however, the formations in the female category.

The reigning champions of the last edition in 2019 of Westsite Amsterdam will have to deal with the strong danish girls of Hei Dame Beach Handball who won the silver medal at last champions cup in Porto Santo (Portugal) that have also some players the won the last edition of the EBT Finals in Isola delle Femmine (Italy). Dutch girls, furthemore, must compete again with the german team og Beach Bazis, silver medalist at the last Karin Cup 2019 held in Limburg.

But watch out for the young Croatians of BHC Zagreb, the expert Germans of Caipiranhas, Volendam, experienced girls of Beach Handball Tilburg and enthusiasm of youngers for other teams at first experiences on the sand.


Karin Cup will begins on December 27th and concludes on the afternoon of December 29th, all of which includes collateral events, tourism, player's parties, kids and animation day, ultimate beach handball and much more. All within an international environment given the 10 nations represented by teams, referees and delegates and at the same time cosmopolitan since the same universal language will be spoken, language of Sport.
 
So, everythings it's almost ready and tournament can't wait to come back on court.
